One of the things we all learnt from the global pandemic is the need to adapt quickly to our changing circumstances… and here is Amdocs leading the way with an AMAZING example of just that. Two years on and we know today that what our employees need most is flexibility to manage their work and life in the way that best suits them - and the fact that as an organization we are willing and able to adapt to this new way of work is incredible …by introducing today an unlimited vacation program. Having the honor of being behind the scenes and witnessing the discussions leading up to this change has been awe inspiring. I am so excited to be on this journey… it’s just the beginning.

Take a break, switch off and relax. Binge Netflix. Read a book. Go for brunch. Walk around your neighborhood. Do it often. I know I plan to! Thank you Amdocs for being bold, brave and leading the change!
